Our printers are calibrated accurately to print right colors. Our products are printed RGB and we will make every effort to match the color of your design. In rare cases, some colors might have some variation. This will not be considered production error. We will not issue refunds, nor accept returns for misunderstandings due to color depth or tone. We are not responsible for differences, either real or perceived, between the appearance of the image on your screen and the final printed piece. We will address this situation on case by case basis. Please make sure to put special instruction if you are very specific on certain colors.

On the Design page, you have the option to convert color images into either black and white, gray-scale, sepia and many other color effects or just leave them as they are, upon selecting the option, the image preview on the design will change accordingly. please note that the preview you see on the design screen is not an exact representation of the colors appearance on the final canvas; however, our team of imaging specialist will make sure that they are converted beautifully.
Play the tutorial below to see how you can convert between color effect styles.

Yes, you can include a digital signature on your prints.
We recommend sending us your digital signature or insignia separately via email.
The reason is that if you place your signatures at the edge of your image, it might get slightly out of the image area due to stretching and trimming involved in production process, the digital image has to have transparent background in PNG file format.
if you wish to place your digital signature yourself, please leave a minimum 1/2 inch buffer from the edges.
We have found that increasing the resolution of a small file does not typically enable us to successfully enlarge the image. Our experience is that the file is still soft or pixelated when we attempt to enlarge a file where the resolution has been manually increased to the desired canvas size. Your best bet is to investigate if you have the largest file available. If you do have the largest size available, then we will need a new image to work with.
Our Customer Service and Art Consultants are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Canvases are packaged securely in our custom-made well cushioned shipping boxes, designed specifically to cradle your canvas and prevent damage during shipping.
If you have multiple items on the order, they will ship in one box
If you need your multiple items to ship separately you may chose between to methods:
- Multiple items in one order, you can combine as many items as you wish in one order and specify the shipping box contents in the order notes on the checkout page (in this case shipping charges will more than the estimated charges on the shipping calculator, because the calculation is defaulted to combines items in one box).
- You submit each item/items in separate orders; then each of those order/orders will be packaged separately (you still can put a note in the order notes on the checkout page to ship all boxes together in one shipment if you wish.)
The size of your file is a good indicator of whether your image can be enlarged, and how large you can expect to go, to help you better understand file sizes and how they are evaluated for enlargement please see the chart below
These are general size guidelines, please note that if the image is out of focus, grainy, or low resolution files where the resolution has been manually increased the image may not work.
